When you need to save money and drive less, there’s a cheap driving academy in Dallas
There are thousands of drivers in Dallas and its surrounding areas.
But for many, driving school is the only place to learn about how to drive.
The city is one of the fastest-growing in the country, but only about 7 percent of drivers qualify for a spot in a driver training program.
For the past few years, Dallas is known for having a very high percentage of people who drive under the age of 25.
But the number of drivers under 25 is actually falling, according to data from the Texas Department of Transportation.
In the last few years the number has been trending upwards.
For the 2017 fiscal year, Dallas had 2,988,724 people between the ages of 25 and 54.
That number is on pace to drop to 2,838,735 for the 2018 fiscal year.
It’s an increase of more than 2.4 million.
Dallas is also home to several driving schools, including Driving Academy, a free driving school for drivers aged 18-24.
The company offers more than 20 different training programs to help drivers keep up with the changes in technology.
“Our primary focus is to get you ready to drive in the safest, most effective and best way possible,” said Jason McLeod, driving academy director.
“Our mission is to help you succeed and not just to help get you out of your car and into a new place.”
Drew Anderson, who was on the driving school’s staff from 2012 to 2016, says he’s been working in the industry for a long time.
“I’ve been in this business for 40 years,” he said.
“When I was young, I did drive, but I was very focused on getting a driver’s license.
I had to work with a lot of different people.
So it’s not like I just graduated.
I was in the system for two years, then I got my license.”
Anderson said he was looking for a new direction for his career and thought it would be beneficial to work in Dallas.
“What I really want to do is go somewhere where I can work with the community and try to make a difference,” Anderson said.
Anderson said the company has had to hire new employees.
“We had about two new drivers come on our payroll that I’m sure were from the community,” Anderson added.
The Driving School website also states that it offers training in both driving and the sciences.
“It’s important to note that all of our driving classes are based on a three-step process, in which we teach you basic driving skills and also test your driving abilities,” the site states.
“You must have a passing grade in all three steps, as well as a driving history that includes a total of 30 hours of driving time.”
In 2017, the company offered a training course called “Driving Basics,” which covered a lot more than the basics.
It included things like how to adjust a gas pedal, how to turn the key, and how to read speed limits.
The site also showed how to use a radar to spot and stop other cars.
“In the last couple of years we have had to make some changes,” Anderson explained.
“First of all, we’ve had to re-train our staff to be able to handle the more complex classes, which means we’re hiring a new driver to come on and be a part of the learning process.”
Anderson also said that the company is offering a variety of courses for students from low-income families.
The school is also looking to recruit drivers for a class for adults who are struggling with money and other financial issues.
A portion of the money received from the driving schools goes toward helping families with child care expenses.
“In many of the programs, we’re also doing some of the parent assistance,” McLeod said.
The Driving Academy website also lists other programs that offer lessons and opportunities to help those who are unemployed.
The driving school also provides a “Driver of the Year” award.
