The beliefs of the Pharisees " have been portrayed in a negative light”. Various people imagine they have been misunderstood. They are referred to as official spiritual fathers of modern-day Judaism. During the first century, there are several disciplines within the Judaism religion -- the Pharisees were a single. They counted on the time of all time, the Pharisees were a very well-known movements, a personal party and a school of thought.

Through the gospels, there are different people groups that played a tremendous part inside the role of Palestine in the first century. They influenced the tradition in which Christ ministered. Learning more about these people can add greater detail and more deeply understanding of the Pharisees.

The Sadducees were the Jewish sect of the abundant and powerful, while the Pharisees helped and supported the lower classes in society. All their openness with society and new ideas brought about changes in Judaic perception. The Rabbinic Judaism that developed following the destruction from the Temple in 70 CE had its foundations in the Pharisees; consequently , the Sadducees and the Pharisees did not go along well.
