This project is a reflection of Hrm, with a special focus Staff Training. The project guide encompasses the principles, objective, explanation and strategy of staff training implemented by firms today. The brief introduction to human resource management and planning has in order to familiarize the reader with all the concept and need and objective of human resource management. The introduction to worker training, want and significance of employee training, principles regulating employee schooling, types of training and ways to train workers has been covered in this research. Successful teaching strategies utilized by one of the " Big Four” firms- KPMG, has also been protected.
